How old do I have to be to buy alcohol?
"If you’re askin', you ain't old enough"...but it’s 19 in Ontario.
Do you ship out of province?
Yes, to all Canadian provinces and territories, but we only ship merchandise. We cannot ship alcohol outside of Ontario. :(
Do you ship to the US?
At this time, unfortunately no. :(

How can I exchange or return merchandise?
Merchandise returns or exchanges can be done physically at our gastro pub. If this isn’t feasible, just email us at shop@elorabrewingcompany.ca and we’ll work on a solution.
FREE Local Delivery
Do you offer pre-order, curbside pickup?
No, but, our retail shop is open 7 days a week. Call 519.805.2829 for retail hours and pop in and buy what you'd like.
How do I get FREE local home delivery?
When you spend $80 or more before tax, delivery is FREE, as long as you live in one of our local delivery zones. That’s roughly 14 cans of beer before tax. When you check-out, your shipping fees will be waived if you’ve met the minimum requirements AND live within a local zone.
What if I live in one of the local home delivery zones, but don’t spend $40?
We'll ship your order via Canada Post... so to get the best bang for your buck we recommend bumping your order up so you can get FREE local home delivery. By simply adding a few cans you can actually save money that would have gone towards Canada Post shipping fees.
Do you offer same day delivery?
No, but, if you get your order in by midnight (11:59 pm EST), it’ll be packed and ready to go on the next available day in your local delivery zone. Some exceptions apply (e.g Zones that are on biweekly delivery schedules.)
Will you deliver to my work?
Yes. Same rules apply for local home delivery and Canada Post shipping (see below.)
I live in an apartment, do you still offer local home delivery?
Yup. Our driver will call you when they arrive and ask that you come to the lobby to grab your order. Please bring your ID.
What time of day will you deliver?
We normally deliver between 8 am and 4 pm. If you won’t be home at a certain time, we’ll try to accommodate. Just make the request in the ‘Delivery instructions’ when you check-out and we’ll do our best.
Will I get a notification that the order is on its way?
Yes! You will receive an email telling you when it’s packed on our van. We’re typically on the road from 8 am to 4 pm.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Someone must home that is 19 years of age or older or we can’t complete the delivery. We're unable to leave packages unattended on your porch, deck, back step or in a lobby – it’s against the law – so we have to leave it with someone of legal drinking age who is a resident of your home.
What if I miss my home delivery?
Our driver will call and text a few times to try and reach you. If we can’t get a hold of you within an hour or so, your order will be added to the next available delivery day in your region. If that’s not an option, contact us at shop@elorabrewingcompany.ca and we’ll coordinate another day when we’re back in your zone. If we can't get you on the next available route, shipping fees may apply.
Getting Beer in the Mail
I don’t live in a FREE local delivery zone - can I still get beer?
Yes! We ship beer and merch anywhere in Ontario using Canada Post. We don't ship beer to other provinces...not allowed...but we do ship merch!
How many beers can be shipped through Canada Post?
The maximum beer quantity we ship is 24 cans. It will come in one single box. It can be any combination of 473ml or 355ml cans. We only ship beer within Ontario. If you would like more than 24 cans, additional shipping fees will apply.
Can I have my order shipped express?
Yup, just select this shipping method at checkout. Appropriate Canada Post fees will apply.
How quickly will I get my order?
All mail orders are processed by us within 1-3 business days and then delivered to Canada Post for shipping, which may also take 1-5 business days in Ontario, and 1-10 business days for the rest of the country.
Will Canada Post ship straight to my house?
No. Your order will be shipped to the appropriate post office near your house, and you’ll get a mail-notice when it arrives. To pick up your order, bring the appropriate government-issued ID to confirm your age and identity.
